A long time Kettering Maintenance client required some repair and shed painting at one of their rental units. The shed had not been worked on for many years and had numerous rotted trim boards and siding sections on most of the shed sides. We replaced all the rotted trim boards. As a cost saving measure,in lieu of rebuilding the shed, we fit the siding over the existing siding with out removing all of the sheds trim. The end results after painting are equal, but ended up being have the cost. After caulking liberally we applied 2 coats of Prestigious Grey solid stain. The final touch was installing new vents on both the front and the rear.
